Really impressed with Nimal at 1CS and the help troubleshooting server connectivity and configuration with Windows Server. He understood what we were trying to accomplish with our server installation and remained focused on completing the task.

1CS IT support provides our small business with affordable support that meets our specific IT needs. They have helped us with various IT-related tasks, including email migration, network system setup, server backup support, and cybersecurity. Their staff are responsive, and we have found the senior level management to be very knowledgeable. We appreciate their expertise and commitment to providing great customer service.
As a small business, we don't have internal IT support. We needed to migrate our emails and contacted 1CS for assistance. They very quickly identified our needs, worked with our employees and 3rd party who currently hosted our emails, and successfully migrated our emails in a timely manner and within a budget that was very reasonable. Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend contacting 1CS if your company requires IT support.
Disappointing. Called to get a quote to install software and training for my company. Was promised a call from a technician or Blake, nothing after week. Called again and was told I was now given a scheduled time, again, never got the call; wasted my whole day. Followed up a third time, and was told they will be in touch. Nothing. Not reliable and cannot be depended upon. They may be competent but I will never know since they don't give me the courtesy or time.

Our company recently worked with 1CS, specifically Blake Fick, on a significant email migration project for all of our users. From our first conversation, Blake showed incredible patience and generosity of knowledge in assessing our needs and planning the migration project. He was always eager and willing to answer all of our questions and he ultimately oversaw the migration of all of our users to M365. Every set-up was unique and required manual, customized attention. I was beyond impressed with Blake’s expertise in the face of many challenges. He was always willing to slow down to explain what he was doing and is excellent at communicating complex IT processes in an accessible way. I would highly recommend 1CS and look forward to continued work with them in the future!

Our company is in the business of supplying construction related materials such as interior doors, trim and hardware. We have been using 1CS’s IT services going back to 2017 and its fair to say that we rely on them for a number of IT related functions such as addressing network issues, supporting applications, supplying and managing subscriptions, backing up our Microsoft 365 accounts, procuring hardware and doing whatever we throw in front of them. Over the years they installed our server, our network and provided advice when needed. We are a GTA home builder who has been aligned with 1CS since 2020. 1CS supplies us with a range of SaaS applications to run and protect our business including Microsoft 365, anti-virus, spam-filter, backups, VoIP phone service, security tools and they support our staff’s usage of these apps through their IT support desk. Their team also supports our infrastructure including helping to install and manage our network and when we open new job site, we count on 1CS to set us up and assist us along the way. If you are looking for a Managed IT Service Provider, strongly consider 1CS.
Great IT services. When my work email got compromised they right away alerted me and helped me rectify the issue right away.Would highly recommend them!!!
We have been utilizing 1CS since 2018. They provide us with a responsive IT help desk and other things like VoIP phone service, anti-virus, Microsoft 365 licencing and backups. When we moved offices, 1CS was there to setup computers and troubleshoot issues. I find 1CS’s outsource model is a better option than hiring IT staff or getting non-expert employees to struggle through consistent or complex IT matters. I consider 1CS to be my IT Partner and gladly put all matters relating to information technology through them.
We are so happy we contacted 1CS. We were having trouble with our IT equipment and it was affecting our staff and clients. Blake came in and resolved everything! His attention to detail and problem solving skills were a great asset to us. I cannot say enough about Blake's outstanding customer service skills. I would also like to mention how efficient their ticket process/service desk is. I would highly recommend 1CS for all IT needs!
Quick and Efficient! Malcom helped me with my computer and did a fantastic job. He got the job done under a tight time line and was very personable and kept me posted during the process. . He did an amazing job and hands down I will use them again.
I had to get my laptop serviced and Gus took the call. He is very good and knows his stuff. He provided a strong knowledge of the laptop I currently have, and knew exactly what the problem was, as well as how how to fix the issue. The rates are very reasonable and the service is fast. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting them in the future regarding upgrades, and additional services. Thanks again Gus!

my relationship with 1CS– computer repair started when I was looking for assistance for someone to assist me with my computer repairs. When I first called them they were very friendly and accessible. They answered all my questions and were patient with my level of knowledge.They sent out a technician quickly and Goku came to my home. Goku called me to let me know when he was 10 minutes from my home. He was very friendly and was able to repair my computer and Google Next issues.I hope I don't have very many technical issues in the future but I'm glad I know I have someone to contact if problems arise.Thanks for all your help

I needed a gaming desktop upgraded with a new Video Card and SSD (supplied by me), 1CS responded in a timely manner and had quick convenient availability, Goku was on time, professional and completed the work in the timeframe expected. I had a great experience with 1CS. Goku addressed all of my concerns and worked quickly without taking up extra time. He fixed additional problems that were not initially listed and saved me hundreds of dollars while also educating me about my laptop storage and how to maintain it so that I could fix small problems myself in the future. He is very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this service to others and will use them again for future problems.
I had lost a few screws in my laptop causing the hinge to detach and the fan was super noisy. I contacted 1CS and they were able to send someone out to my home in order to fix my laptop. 10/10 would use their service again.

Very professional and very honest service from both people I spoke with. Good communication, straightforward about what they can and cannot do, and they clearly value their repeat customers, as they would not charge me a cent until they were sure I would get my money's worth.In particular, Goku (awesome name!) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional when it came to my repair inquiry. These guys are a bit pricier, but their level of service is on another level.
Our server was configured properly and it's running smooth. Any iisue that we have, they always offer valued support.

ICS attended promptly and did a great job on short notice setting up our home office, right before we shut down for COVID. I was very grateful for their prompt and professional service. The fee was more than fair and very competitive.

From the very first interaction on the phone, I was impressed and grateful for the patience and understanding demonstrated by the staff. I am not adept with technological issues. Malcolm was professional, very skilled, kind and explained things carefully. I will definitely call them back should any other issues arise.
Jeff came within a couple hours of me making a call 1ComputerServices. He did what was requested of him, very quickly and since we pay for a minimum of one hour of his time, he stayed and cleaned up a couple of our computers, which was very helpful. Will definitely use this company again if we are in need again. Thank you for the great service!!

Malcolm was a delightful technician. He arrived on time and had adequate knowledge of addressing my concerns in a timely and professional manner. Extremely patient as well which is a nice asset in this day and age.
I've had 1CS come to my office twice to help with computer problems and both times I've been pleased with the service. Communication was good, the technician was helpful and pleasant, arrived when he said he would, had experience with the problems I was having and the rates were reasonable. They're my go-to company for computer repair.

When I have problems with my windows based computer, I call 1CS because they send someone to me rather than having to drop my computer off to their location. When I need quick assistance, they remote into my computer from their office and fix the issue or walk me through something without having to be there in person, which I really like. Anyone who needs computer services should contact 1CS!
The technician was focused on the task but kept us informed as he progressed. He had time to fix a couple other problems I had with with wifi linking the printer to the laptop and enabling me to print from my phone. His charges were than fair.
Yesterday I was out of sorts as my laptop and FB page were not operational (viruses spam etc.) I called 1Computerservices inc. and within an hour there was an IT guy at my door Nigel. He was a Wizard and got me back on track in under an hr. He was also highly intelligent well spoken and well mannered. He had three jobs and is also a personal trainer. We talked about many subjects and I felt at ease with him.I highly recommend using this service for any of your computer woes. Oh and John the owner was swell too!
Don't let the location on google maps fool you! These guys travel to your home or business. Great customer service! Technician came to my house (Nigel) and was patient, professional, and friendly. Problem couldn't be fixed at home so he grabbed my Mac and PC fixed my issue and dropped off the next day. Price was VERY FAIR for service.

When I have a computer issue I contact 1CS because they resolve the computer problem quickly and professionally. And when I need parts or software I purchase it using 1CS because it saves me time. Thank you 1CS. Definitely recommended!
Had a very specific problem with a small part connecting my laptop's glide pad to the M/B. The tech came over the same day I called, spent about 20 minutes looking at the issue, and was quite honest that he wasn't sure whether just the clip needed to be replaced or the entire glide pad. He did however tell me he was going to reach out to his network to get answers. He did not charge me for the visit and he certainly did his homework, speaking with Lenovo and to his network of technicians, and then recommended I get in touch with a parts specialist who had more experience with the clip. The tech was honest, professional and diligent in trying to help me out. It's appreciated. Top notch guy.
My old home computer wouldn't boot up. Called up 1 Computer Services as their address was in the neighbourhood. They sent over a technician (Nigel) that day. Nigel was both friendly and competent. He did some stuff and then left his drive running to reload Windows. Came back a couple of days later to make sure everything was OK. Based on this one experience would absolutely recommend and fees were very reasonable.

Today I almost had a melt down being unable to get info from my One Note app. Thought I lost the whole thing which amounts to hundreds of hours of work.. Blake solved the problem remotely in less than 15 minutes! I am so grateful!

I did something stupid with a new computer tower, and this service fixed it without treating me like an idiot. Top shelf service. Will not speak down to you on the phone when they hear a woman's voice, reasonable prices, quick response.
